Process: Overview of our 4 step workflow
RESPOND: AJ Development Group will respond by organizing the Emergency Biohazard Response Team and collecting preliminary information regarding the project. This stage will include opening a project file so that our team can properly document and upload information to AJ Development Group’s cloud once we arrive to the affected location. Additionally, AJ Development Group will obtain the preliminary information in order to deploy the resources needed to begin remediation in a timely manner.
ASSESSMENT: Upon arriving to the scene, the Field Supervisor will work with you in order to assess the site. At this stage, the Field Supervisor will assess any and all safety concerns and begin mitigation protocols to minimize further spread or crosscontamination.
SANITIZE: AJ Development Group’s Emergency Biohazard Response Team will begin the sanitization process by air fogging a virucide solution that is CDC and EPAregistered to kill Human Coronavirus. Air fogging disinfects and kills Human Coronavirus both on surfaces and in the air. Our team will then perform a wipe down with the virucide solution for customers who ordered Hospital Grade Forensic Disinfection. This will include a thorough wipe down of all surfaces and furniture (drawers, door handles, phones, etc.).
DRYING: Once AJ Development Group has performed the sanitization, the site should be left uninhabited for 2-3 hours to allow for proper drying. At this point, it will be safe for humans and animals to return to the property.

What is the time frame if we need this done as soon as possible?
We ask you to provide at least one (1) days’ notice, however, it is likely we are able to facilitate a cleaning job the same-day or evening.
Can employees return to work the following day?
Yes. However, we require your property to be vacant at a minimum 2-3 hours after a fogging and / or wipe down application. It is completely safe to return to your property the following morning.
Is COVID-19 fogging and cleaning safe for my pets?
Yes. The timeframe for pets to return to your property after COVID-19 air fogging and cleaning is the same for human beings. We require your property be vacant 2-3 hours before your pets return.
What disinfectants does AJ Development Group use?
AJ Development Group use, both CDC and EPA-registered disinfectants to kill Human Coronavirus.
Does the disinfectant cause any residual odors?
The disinfectants used during Air Fogging and Wipe Down leaves a temporary residual odor that can be best described as 'fresh linen', similar to common household multipurpose cleaners. After 2 hours, the odor should subside.
Does the cleaning continue to prevent Coronavirus?
There is currently no EPA-registered disinfectant with a continuous kill claim. The cleaning service kills the existing presence of human coronavirus. If an infected person(s) enters or re-enters the environment, there is a chance that the environment will be recontaminated. Nevertheless, AJ Development Group provides proactive weekly or biweekly cleaning for at-risk or high traffic environments to minimize the chance of viral spread.
